This detached single-family house on a narrow plot of land is planned as a two-story passive house with garage cultivation. The construction is a steel frame with reinforced concrete ceilings and wooden construction in front. The facade consists of plastered wood fiber boards and a ventilated wooden construction for the floor.

The front structure consists of planked wood profiles and is filled with a total of 38 cm cellulose insulation. The building is outside clad with wood fiber boards as plaster base and a wood fiber board with ventilated wood cladding. Inside a gypsum board is mounted on a wooden framework. This space acts as installation level.
